Stelian Bujduveanu, the interim mayor of the Capital, announced the introduction of the first yellow marking 'Do not block the intersection' at Victory Square, as part of a program to ease traffic. He emphasized the importance of respecting this marking, warning that drivers who ignore it will be fined by the Traffic Police. The measure will be extended to other congested intersections in Bucharest to improve traffic.
