Prosecutors in Cluj have sent a man to trial for public incitement and the promotion of fascist symbols, after he posted a video on TikTok urging social unrest and extreme forms of protest, following the annulment of the 2024 presidential elections. Additionally, the man shared images of Ion Antonescu and Corneliu Zelea Codreanu on Facebook, as well as photographs of individuals performing the Nazi salute.

He has been accused of incitement to violence and possession of legionary and racist symbols. The case has been forwarded to the Turda Court, and the defendant has been released. Prosecutors emphasize that his actions aimed to promote extremist ideologies and threaten the rule of law.
