Following the checks, the gendarmes found numerous newspapers in the trunk of his car, and their content violated the legislation regarding the prohibition of fascist symbols and organizations. The man tried to defend himself, rhetorically asking whether Mihai Viteazul is a fascist, as his figure appeared in the newspaper. The incident occurred during the inauguration of the Cathedral, and the man was handed over to the police for further investigation. The area was secured by a large number of gendarmes and intervention teams.
