The Prosecutor's Office next to the Court of Sector 6 Bucharest has announced the referral to trial of a man accused of incitement to violence, hatred, and discrimination on social networks.

The defendant, who is under judicial control, is accused of committing four offenses, including incitement to violence against Jews, Romanians, and members of the PSD, as well as distributing fascist and racist materials. During the year 2025, he used his profile on a social network to respond to inciting messages and urged the public to commit acts of violence against a TV show producer.

The Prosecutor's Office emphasizes that the referral of the indictment to the court does not affect the principle of the presumption of innocence.
