The accident took place on August 14 in the commune of Stulpicani, when a young man reported to 112 that he had been involved in a collision. Police discovered that the 35-year-old driver was under the influence of alcohol (0.83 mg/l) and did not have the necessary documents. Checks revealed that he had a revoked license and was driving a car with false license plates. Although there were no casualties, the incident highlights the risks of drink-driving.
