Man attacked by bear in Brașov County. The victim, injured on the scalp and abdomen, was taken by a SMURD helicopter.

A 53-year-old man was attacked on Tuesday by a bear on the road between the localities of Măgura and Bucium, Brașov County.

The incident occurred on DJ 104A, where teams of gendarmes and SMURD quickly intervened, as well as the SMURD helicopter 337. The victim suffered multiple wounds to the scalp and abdomen. He received emergency medical assistance and was subsequently transported by helicopter to the Brașov County Emergency Clinical Hospital for further investigations and specialized care. Additionally, a RO-Alert message was issued to warn the local population about the incident.
