The shocking incident took place in Dâmbovița, where a 69-year-old man, a neighbor of the family, sexually abused a 6-year-old girl he was supervising. After being left alone with the child, the suspect forced her to engage in sexual acts with him. The girl told her parents about the abuse, and they alerted the police. If found guilty, the man faces a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
