The investigation revealed that, on July 29, 2026, the man allegedly engaged in sexual relations with a 13-year-old girl, with the aim of producing pornographic materials. During these acts, the suspect reportedly filmed the victim with his mobile phone, storing the images on the device. On July 31, 2026, prosecutors ordered his detention, and on August 1, the Dolj Tribunal approved the preventive arrest proposal, confirming the seriousness of the charges. This situation underscores the need for a firm response against abuses against minors.
