Bulevard Magheru will be reduced from three lanes in each direction to two, with the first lane in each direction for buses.

The change is part of a plan to allocate single lanes for public transport. The capital's City Hall promised 50 kilometers of single lanes by the end of the year, but so far only 22 kilometers have been built. The single lane will be installed on the stretch between the University and Roman Square, in both directions.
