Sphera Franchise Group, which owns the KFC and Taco Bell brands, has entered into a strategic partnership with Nibiru, a new entertainment and lifestyle resort on the Romanian coast, with a total investment of 50 million euros. This resort aims to become an important destination for recreation and culture, with the goal of attracting over 900,000 visitors monthly.
The KFC and Taco Bell restaurants will be located in high-traffic areas and will be adapted to handle the large flow of customers, set to open in July 2026. The partnership is seen as an opportunity to provide authentic and modern experiences to the young audience and families, contributing to the revitalization of the Costinești area. Representatives of both brands emphasize the importance of this project in the context of the evolution of the food service market in Romania.
