The Superior Council of Magistracy has decided to exclude judge Maria Rădulescu from the Ploiești Court for disciplinary misconduct, including postponing rulings and conflicts with colleagues. The decision is not final and can be appealed within 15 days. The judicial inspectorate brought the disciplinary action, highlighting the judge's confrontational attitude and lack of cooperation with court staff, thus affecting the course of justice.
