Allianz Țiriac Insurance has completed the sale of two properties in central Bucharest, following the relocation of Allianz-Țiriac's headquarters to the Țiriac Tower building. The Tănăsoiu family purchased one of the buildings for nearly 10 million euros, while the other was bought by Praktiker Real Estate. The due diligence process for these buildings has been completed, and the new owners are preparing to move in. The building purchased by Tănăsoiu, with an area of 4,000 square meters, will be renovated to be used as office space. Allianz-Țiriac, the second largest player in the insurance market in Romania, now holds only 44.7% of the shares, the rest being in the hands of Allianz Holding Eins from Austria. Ion Țiriac has a net worth of approximately 2.3 billion dollars and earned over 400 million euros last year from the sale of the Madrid tennis tournament. Primavera Development, led by Emil and Daniel Tănăsoiu, is known for its real estate projects, including the sale of the S-Park office complex.
