In an interview, Ioana Dogioiu discussed subsidies to political parties, saying that they are an anti-corruption measure needed to avoid illegal funding. Dogioiu explained that the 26-fold increase in subsidies compared to 2016 is also due to inflation, and that the government will consider the possibility of decreasing them by 40% from 2026.
