The police in Dolj have launched an investigation after a 13-year-old boy was caught in images posted on a social media platform, encouraging a Pitbull dog to attack another dog tied with a chain. Authorities have identified the minor from the municipality of Băilești and found the Pitbull dog, which was considered to be in a dangerous situation. As a result, the dog was placed in a shelter and entrusted to an animal protection association. Additionally, the D.G.A.S.P.C. Dolj has been informed about the negligence of the minor's parents or guardian. The police have opened a criminal case for the use of animals for aggressive training purposes, if this causes them suffering.
