A man from Timiș is accused of having drugged his underage daughter and her friend, raping the latter for a year and a half.

A shocking case has come to light in the commune of Sânandrei, Timiș, where a 38-year-old man is accused of raping and drugging his minor daughter, aged 17, and her friend. The horrifying acts took place between September 2023 and December 2024, in the individual's home. He would give the girls sedatives that caused drowsiness, making them vulnerable.

After the substances took effect, the man would rape his daughter's friend, all of this happening under the helpless gaze of his daughter. Additionally, the suspect photographed the abuses, and the images clearly show that both girls were under the influence of the drugs. The victim had the courage to file a complaint recently, and the man was apprehended by DIICOT officers. Prosecutors are requesting his preventive arrest, as he is accused of rape and child pornography.
