Florinela Georgescu, director of ANM forecasting, announced that Romania will face hot days, but also rain in various regions. Meteorologists are preparing updates to the warnings, mentioning that atmospheric instability will continue, especially in hilly and mountainous areas, but also in some low areas in the west, center, and southwest. Water quantities are expected to exceed 25-40 l/m².

Temperatures will reach 33° in the northwest and south, and thermal discomfort will be heightened. At the beginning of July, a new heat wave is expected that could bring temperatures over 35-36°. Additionally, a yellow heat warning is in effect, and thermal discomfort will be high in the affected areas. In Bucharest, the weather will be hot, with conditions for light rain and thunderstorms in the coming days. The temperature-humidity index will reach the critical threshold, and atmospheric instability will increase.
