On Wednesday, between 12 and 21, temperatures of 33-35 degrees will be recorded in the counties of Mehedinti, Dolj, Olt and Teleorman, where a yellow heat code is issued. On Thursday, the heat wave will extend to Banat, Oltenia, Muntenia, southern Crișana, Transylvania and Dobrogea, with maximums between 32 and 36 degrees and high thermal discomfort. In Bucharest, temperatures of 30-35 degrees are expected, and the temperature-humidity index will exceed the critical threshold.
