The protest is being organized against Law 360/2023 on the public pension system, which repealed the special employment conditions for forestry personnel. The foresters are also demanding the halt and withdrawal of the Draft Law on the Forestry Code, which they consider dangerous for the forestry sector. They also have other demands related to the fiscal-budgetary measures that affect employees' incomes.
