A fire in a building in Iași led to the hospitalization of four people due to smoke inhalation, and 50 residents were evacuated.

The fire occurred in a tower block in the Păcurari neighborhood, where an apartment on the second floor caught fire. Firefighters responded quickly, and 15 people self-evacuated, while 31 were evacuated by rescue teams. Authorities confirmed that four people were transported to the hospital with symptoms of poisoning, without burns. The cause of the fire was identified as the use of fire in enclosed spaces.
