On Monday morning, a fire broke out in the courtyard of the Military Hospital in Brașov, affecting a container in which sanitary materials were stored. Firefighters from the Brașov Emergency Situations Inspectorate were quickly mobilized to extinguish the fire, the intervention involving three fire trucks with water and foam, a hydro-perforation vehicle, a ladder truck, as well as rescue and SMURD teams. At the time of writing, the intervention is ongoing, and ISU officials are monitoring the situation.
