On Tuesday night, a fire broke out in a house in Periam, Timis county, causing the death of a man, found charred, and injuring two others. Firefighters intervened quickly, limiting the spread of the fire. One man suffered a traumatic brain injury and a woman had a panic attack, both were taken to hospital. The cause of the fire is suspected to be an unlit cigarette left in the house.
