On Wednesday, on Lugoj's ring road, a car entered the opposite direction and hit a truck head-on, causing a fire. The driver of the car was found charred and the two people in the TIR were not injured. Traffic is blocked and police have opened a criminal file for manslaughter, with traffic expected to resume after 18.00.
