A bottle exploded in a home in Bacau, injuring a 59-year-old man.

On Monday evening, a gas bottle exploded in a house in the locality of Pârjol, Bacău County, without causing a fire. Firefighters from the Moinești Fire Department, a SMURD ambulance, and an ambulance from the Bacău County Ambulance Service intervened at the scene.

At the time of the explosion, a 59-year-old man was inside the house. He was medically evaluated by the ambulance crew but refused to be transported to the hospital. ISU Bacău confirmed that, following the intervention, no other victims or fires were reported.
