The Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests has restarted the photovoltaic system installed on the institution’s building after it had remained unused for several years. The system will produce green energy for the ministry and the other institutions operating in the same building, helping reduce energy consumption from the grid and the carbon footprint.
The installation has an installed capacity of 30 kWp, while estimated annual output is approximately 36,000 kWh. Environment, Waters and Forests Minister Diana Buzoianu said that the ministry is among the first public institutions in Romania to have been equipped with photovoltaic panels, back in 2014.
According to the ministry, bringing the system back into operation transforms an unused investment into an active source of renewable energy and could help reduce the institution’s costs. Data on the energy produced will be published on the MMAP website and will be available for real-time monitoring once the necessary technical solution has been implemented.
Panels that could no longer be used were sent for recycling to a specialized factory in Romania. The recoverable materials may be reintroduced into the economic cycle, in line with the principles of the circular economy.

Wait I accidentally included malformed output. Need final only JSON exact. Need regenerate. Ensure no duplication. Also developer says response format schema missing slug perhaps but user explicit. Need valid JSON. Let's output clean. }Sources
