Elite Grup, a company owned by the Căpușan family, has completed the acquisition of the Sanex platform in Cluj-Napoca, in a transaction worth 40 million euros. This represents the largest land acquisition in the history of the Romanian real estate market made by a single buyer, being fully financed from its own sources.

The 17.2-hectare land, one of the largest industrial areas available for urban reconversion, will be transformed into a complex project, having received positive approvals from the Competition Council and the Commission for the Examination of Foreign Direct Investments.

Bogdan Căpușan, the CEO of Elite Grup, emphasized the importance of this investment, mentioning that the goal is to restore to the city an industrial area that has been unused for many years, through a project that the people of Cluj can be proud of even 20 years from now.

This acquisition aligns with Elite Grup's urban development strategy in Cluj-Napoca, alongside the ongoing Elite City project.
