A driver has been detained for 24 hours after causing a fatal accident in the port of Constanta South - Agigea.

The 36-year-old man is suspected of driving a car in the Port of Constanta South - Agigea, where he fatally injured a 30-year-old man. The driver fled the scene and was later traced by police officers. He tested positive for 0.79 mg/l of pure alcohol in the exhaled breath, and the results of the test for the possible presence of psychoactive substances were indicated.
