DIICOT said that the investigation into the Nordis case is proceeding apace, with 2,000 people interviewed and 230 electronic devices searched. The case, which targets serious crimes such as embezzlement and money laundering, contains 400 volumes of evidence. Responding to MEP Stelian Ion's criticisms of procrastination, DIICOT emphasized that prosecution activities continue on a daily basis, respecting the rights of all parties involved.
