The military firefighters have been intervening for over 5 hours to extinguish the fire that broke out at the Bistrița Monastery. According to ISU Vâlcea, the fire is currently contained, and teams are continuing to work to eliminate the hotspots within the affected area.

The flames have engulfed approximately 800 square meters, of which about 500 square meters represent the habitable attic, with 11 cells. Unfortunately, the search and rescue teams have discovered a charred body, female.
