The MFA informs that ferry transportation on the Danube at the point Oriahovo-Bechet is temporarily suspended due to low water level.

The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has informed Romanian citizens about the temporary suspension of the Danube ferry service at the Oriahovo-Bechet crossing point on the Danube river, due to low water level. The use of other open border crossing points such as Vidin-Calafat and Ruse-Giurgiu is recommended. Romanian citizens can ask for consular assistance at the Romanian Embassy in Sofia and have at their disposal a hotline for emergency situations.
