The section for prosecutors within the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) has announced the schedule for interviews with prosecutors proposed by the Minister of Justice for the leadership of the General Prosecutor's Office, DIICOT, and DNA, scheduled between March 10 and 17.
The first interview will take place on March 10, with Codrin-Horațiu Miron, proposed for the position of chief prosecutor of DIICOT. On March 11, candidates for the positions of deputy chief prosecutors of the Prosecutor's Office will be heard, and on March 12, Cristina Chiriac, proposed for the position of general prosecutor, will be heard, along with Marius Voineag, proposed as deputy. On March 16, Ioan-Viorel Cerbu, proposed for chief prosecutor of DNA, will be heard, and the interviews will conclude on March 17 with Marinela Mincă and Marius-Ionel Ștefan, candidates for the positions of deputies of DNA.
CSM will issue a consultative opinion, and the final decision will be made by President Nicușor Dan.
