The Indian company Ceigall India Limited has filed a complaint against CNIR, which refused its participation in the auction due to the lack of bilateral agreements with Romania. It requests the urgent suspension of the auction and the partial annulment of CNIR's response, asking for an extension of the deadline for submitting offers, which is set for October 30, 2025. Meanwhile, other lots of the A8 highway are suspended due to complaints related to the evaluation criteria, and the evaluation deadline for the lots from Moțca to Lețcani has been postponed until next autumn.
