On Sunday, 23 cattle fell into a pond in the locality of Pocoleni, Rădășeni commune, prompting a complex intervention from firefighters in Suceava County. Representatives of the Suceava Emergency Situations Inspectorate (ISU) announced that crews from the Fălticeni and Suceava Fire Departments were mobilized for the rescue of the animals, using three specialized vehicles equipped with specific accessories, as well as a SMURD B2 ambulance. So far, firefighters have managed to rescue 21 cattle, and efforts continue to save the remaining two. A veterinarian is also on site to assess the condition of the rescued animals.
