Mega Image has obtained approval from the Competition Council for the takeover of Profi Rom Food S.R.L., subject to the sale of 87 stores. Annabella SRL will buy these stores, including the necessary assets and staff, thus expanding its presence in markets in counties such as Cluj, Bihor, Timis and Constanta. Final approval of the transaction is to be given by the competition authority.
