Meteorologists have issued a code red storm warning for Neamt and Iasi counties, with hail and heavy downpours.

The code red warning is valid Wednesday, between 12:45 and 13:30, for localities in Neamt and Iasi counties. Medium and large hail, heavy downpours of 30-50 l/mp and thunderstorms with gusts of 60-80 km/h are expected. The ANM has also issued code yellow warnings for other regions of the country, where thunderstorms and heatwaves are forecast in southern Oltenia and Muntenia.
