The National Council for Solving Contests (CNSC) has decided to reject the two appeals related to the supervision contract for the works on lot 1C Sărățeni-Joseni of the Unirii Highway Târgu Mureș-Târgu Neamț, section II Miercurea Nirajului-Leghin. This decision allows for the signing of the fourth contract for supervision services, according to the announcement made by the National Company for Road Investments (CNIR). The general director of CNIR, Gabriel Budescu, emphasized the importance of the supervisor's role in monitoring the design and execution of the works, ensuring that they meet quality standards. Lot 1C Sărățeni-Joseni has a length of 32.4 kilometers and includes 39 bridges, 3 unidirectional tunnels, and wildlife overpasses. The CNSC's decision confirms the result of the CNIR Evaluation Commission, which designated the auction winner in December 2025.
