Cozmin Gușă announced on Facebook that the CNA has revoked the broadcasting license of his radio station, GOLD FM, claiming the decision to be illegal and abusive, without prior notification. Gușă stated that this measure demonstrates that "the truth must not be told," comparing the situation to a "SECURISTAN" type regime. His station has been fined multiple times by the CNA, and the license revocation was determined by the non-payment of these fines, similar to the case of Realitatea Plus. Cozmin Gușă, former general secretary of the PSD and founder of the National Initiative Party, purchased Realitatea TV in 2013 but left the television structure after its bankruptcy in 2019. According to Pagina de Media, the revocation of the GOLD FM license is based on the violation of Article 57 of the Audiovisual Law, which stipulates the conditions under which a license can be revoked. Gușă announced that he will file a complaint and contest the decision, but expressed skepticism regarding justice in Romania. The news is being updated.
