Manda emphasized the importance of the PSD in governing Romania, stating that without this party, stability and responsible governance cannot be ensured. He highlighted the role of the PSD in integrating Romania into the EU, NATO, and the Schengen area, as well as the fight for citizens' rights, including fair pensions and salaries.

Manda expressed support for the team led by Sorin Grindeanu, describing it as competent and united, and called for the solidarity of party members to rebuild the PSD. He emphasized that change is not achieved through fear, but through results and effective policies that ensure stability and investment. Manda concluded by stressing that together, they can build a party that inspires trust and respect among citizens.
