Cezar Avramuță, known as the 'Stegarul Dac', will remain in Rahova penitentiary after the court confirmed the legality of his pre-trial detention. His request to be transferred to house arrest was rejected as unfounded. Mr. Avrammuță protested against his detention conditions by climbing a building in the prison.
