Cezar Avrămuță, known as 'The Dacian Banner Bearer', was raised by gendarmes in front of the Buftea Police headquarters, where he came alongside his supporter Călin Georgescu, who was supposed to sign the judicial control imposed by the court. Cezar Avrămuță is under a ban from participating in protests, but he violated this restriction, displaying aggressive behavior towards the police.

The incident is part of a broader context of tensions between Cezar Avrămuță and the authorities, as he has a history of participating in sovereignist protests and is involved in several criminal cases. Recently, he was released from Giurgiu Penitentiary after a period of preventive detention and is under judicial control for 60 days, with the obligation not to participate in public gatherings. His previous actions, including the destruction of the electronic monitoring bracelet, have led to additional charges of escape and disturbing public order.
