The Municipal Company Termoenergetica Bucharest has announced a malfunction at CET Grozăvești, which is part of the modernization works of the heating plants in Berceni. This issue has led to dysfunctions in the supply of thermal energy, affecting approximately 3,500 blocks in Bucharest, where hot water is either completely shut off or delivered with delays.

Currently, only 62% of the heating system is functioning normally. The malfunction at CET Grozăvești is expected to be repaired during the day, according to information provided by Termoenergetica. The company mentioned that there is a lack of parameters due to the malfunction, and residents of sector 1 are among those affected. Additional details about the affected blocks will be communicated throughout the day.
