The Termoenergetica company announced that Bucharest residents can benefit from compensations on future heating bills, in case they can demonstrate that hot water or heating was not provided at normal parameters in their homes. This decision comes after a month with numerous failures in the heating system. To obtain cost reductions, property owners must prove the periods during which the heating agent was not delivered properly, seeking assistance from homeowners' associations to verify the delivered temperature.

Subsequently, it is necessary to send an email to Termoenergetica with details about the affected time intervals. The company will verify the complaints, and if it is confirmed that the temperature was below 50 degrees Celsius, the residents will receive a compensation applied directly to future bills, not in the form of a cash refund.
