Mayor Doru Dăncuș announced the collapse of a portion of the bridge over the river Săsar, which led to the closure of traffic on the ring road of Baia Mare. The Local Emergency Committee was convened to manage the situation. Heavy traffic will be redirected on DN 1C and DJ 193, and light traffic through Săsar. Local authorities are working on solutions to minimize the impact on traffic.
