According to the DNA indictment, Cătălin Liviu Stănculescu allegedly received €13,000 from the administrator of a company that had contracts with CEO. He allegedly promised a person in the management of a state-owned company €200,000 in connection with the award to his company of a contract worth €1,000,000.
