On Wednesday, at 14:45, the police in Constanța were alerted via 112 about the discovery of a corpse in the outskirts of the locality of Cumpăna. At the scene, they confirmed the presence of a deceased man, who was in an advanced state of decomposition. Authorities have initiated checks to establish the identity of the victim, and a criminal case has been opened in this matter according to legal procedures.
