On Monday morning, around 8:45 AM, the police of Section 1 in Constanta were alerted about the discovery of a dead bovine on Santa Maria Bay beach. At the scene, the authorities confirmed the presence of the dead animal and requested the intervention of representatives from the Dobrogea Litoral Water Administration, as well as the Constanta Veterinary Sanitary Directorate, to remove the carcass.
Currently, the police continue their investigations to determine how the bovine ended up on the beach, considering that the incident raises questions regarding the management of animals in the area. This case highlights the importance of collaboration between authorities in such unusual situations.
