Among the requested modifications are the revision of the conditions for night work and the planning of vacations by mutual agreement. BNS highlights the necessity of a real agreement between employers and employees to avoid abuses and ensure a fair social partnership. It is also proposed to correlate the provisions with the Social Dialogue Law for a fair representation of trade unions.
