The incident took place on Sunday evening, when part of an installation detached during operation, causing concern among visitors. Following complaints from Bacău City Hall and images that appeared online, ANPC decided to carry out an inspection and suspend the use of all installations in the park until they have been checked and a new authorization to operate has been obtained. The Local Police has no powers in this area, but the responsible institutions have been informed in order to carry out checks and apply sanctions, if necessary.
