Following inspections at 630 economic operators, ANPC imposed fines totaling two million lei for serious violations, such as the sale of expired juices and products with damaged packaging. Nearly 400 fines were issued, and 36,000 liters of beverages were withdrawn from sale. Among the identified violations are non-compliance with storage conditions and labeling requirements. ANPC recommends that consumers check the packaging and expiration date before purchase.
