The ANOSR's analysis shows that the scholarship fund has been constantly underfunded and that, due to austerity measures, it will decrease by 52.12%, affecting more than 44,000 students. The ANOSR also calls on the Government to revert to a 12-month allocation of the fund, to increase the percentage of the net minimum wage used to calculate the fund and to reintroduce scholarships for fee-paying students. The analysis also includes scenarios on the economic impact of the proposed changes.
