Andrei Caramitru is facing legal issues due to some posts on Facebook in which he called for "let's solve the problem with traitors forever," referring to supporters of the sovereignist movement. The police have opened a criminal case based on Article 368 of the Penal Code, and the case will be forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office. This is not the first time Caramitru has had legal troubles; previously, he was investigated for statements related to Călin Georgescu, who accused him of using AI services to create evidence against him.
